- Be a legal professional, law student, legal intern, or a person interested in legal technology education in India
- Provide accurate and verifiable information
- Not be barred from using legal services under any applicable law

- Consent to our team reviewing your credentials
- Understand that verification may take 3–7 business days
- Accept that submitting false documents is a violation of these terms and may result in legal action
5. Subscriptions & Directory Access
Certain features — including viewing professional contact details in the directory and accessing service enquiries — require an active paid subscription. By subscribing:
- You agree to the applicable subscription plan terms and pricing
- You understand that subscription access is personal and non-transferable
- You consent to your subscription status being used to determine feature access
- You acknowledge that subscription fees are charged in advance and are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy
6. Academy — Courses & Workshops
The Nyaya Siddhanta Academy offers online legal technology courses and workshops. By enrolling in any course or workshop, you agree to the following:
- Enrollment: Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment (for paid courses) or registration (for free courses).
- Access Period: Course access is granted for a fixed period as specified at the time of enrollment (typically 12 months from the date of enrollment, subject to the platform's current enrollment expiry setting). Free courses may have different access terms.
- Expiry: If your enrollment expires before you complete the course, your access to course materials will be suspended. Your progress, submitted answer sheets, and evaluations are preserved.
- Re-registration: After expiry or withdrawal, you may re-register for the same course by paying the applicable course fee again. Re-registration creates a fresh enrollment. Previously submitted answer sheets, project submissions, and evaluations from your prior enrollment are not carried over to the new enrollment — you will need to resubmit all assessments. Any certificate issued under a prior enrollment remains valid and is not affected by re-registration.
- Withdrawal: You may request withdrawal from a course. Withdrawal requests are subject to admin review. Upon approved withdrawal, your enrollment is marked as withdrawn and access is revoked. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Certificates: Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all required assessments and evaluation by our academic team. Certificates are non-transferable and remain valid indefinitely once issued. Each certificate carries a unique verification ID.
- Academic Integrity: You must submit your own original work for all assessments. Plagiarism, impersonation, or submission of work that is not your own will result in disqualification and account suspension.
- Workshops: Workshop enrollments are for a specific scheduled event. Cancellation and refund terms for workshops are as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
